Dining Room Manager
Jessica began her journey with The Amsterdam in March of 2017 as a part of the opening team. She worked as a server while finishing her bachelor’s degree in Applied Food Studies with a minor is Asian Cuisine from The Culinary Institute of America. During her studies, Jessica spent four months in Singapore, as well as traveling to India, Thailand, and Malaysia. While most of her time was spent working in kitchens, she used food as an anthropological lens to uncover a deeper understanding of how food shapes culture.
Jessica now serves as Dining Room Manager under the direction of Fletcher Tingle. Along with maintaining the day-to-day operations of dining room service, she also applies her skills to executing private events alongside Chris Jacobs.
